City Ridge is a Northwest D.C. icon reimagined. This 1.2 million square foot mixed-use development is located on the historic Fannie Mae campus and includes 250,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by D.C’s first Wegmans and 750 residential units.

The objective for the four residential sub-brands was to guide the prospective residents to self-select the best home for their particular needs while maintaining a connection to the City Ridge master brand and its community.
